I’ve been working in the field of therapeutic yoga for addiction recovery and chronic pain for about 8 years and I’ve compiled my experience into the 6-session series Yoga For Pain Freedom: 6 Weeks to Feel Better In Your Body, no matter how long you've been in pain.
This series covers techniques that support your ability to Feel More Comfortable in Your Body, Move More Confidently, Sleep Better, Have the Body that Supports You in Living Your Purpose-Filled Life!
I’m putting together a beta cohort to start in the next 2-4 weeks so that we finish around Thanksgiving and I'm hoping you will join me as I introduce this exciting series.
I’m looking for people who can commit to attending every session so they can provide the most accurate feedback; while getting the most out of the program. To this end, the exact schedule will be set to fit the first 3 people who can commit to attend ALL 6 sessions. Anyone after that will be signing up for those times. Program background:
A one of a kind opportunity to experience how the combination of traditional yoga teachings and modern pain science can create lasting pain relief even if other treatments have not helped you. Most of the practices and techniques have been part of traditional modalities for centuries and now have become science-backed. The more modern terminology includes somatic practices, positive psychology, vagus nerve exercises, inflammation science, pain neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and more. This truly holistic Mind-Body-Spirit approach to chronic pain is unique and I am so excited to share it with you.
The magic of the Yoga for Pain Freedom program begins with live interactions with a professional. So much can be missed or misunderstood when just watching a prerecorded video. During Yoga for Pain Freedom, you have time to get your questions about the practices/exercises & the science answered by a holistic pain care specialist. On top of this, I tailor each session for the attendees based on the initial phone calls and continuing feedback I receive. This way, I can make sure the practices work for you and your pain. Over zoom, I closely watch each participant and can provide immediate feedback based on what I observe. This is key to achieving the greatest pain relief with the least adverse experiences, which is the core goal of Yoga for Pain Freedom.
What’s Included:
We will start with a quick 1:1 phone call to answer any questions and go over your main pain points so I can tailor the practices and tools to you and your pain. Yoga is NOT a one size fits all modality and this call is for that. We will also discuss the schedule at this time.
We will meet over Zoom 6 times for 90 minutes
These classes will be delivered in 2 parts. First, we will dive into how pain works and discuss a new drug-free way for managing it. Then, we will experience this tool for ourselves in a guided practice tailored to those who are attending live. That's a little incentive to do your best to be live ;-)
The six 90-minute sessions will be held over zoom so you can learn how to do the practices from the comfort of our own homes. Ninety minutes allows time to check in, learn new concepts, and experience a guided practice that incorporates that information. The practices will be created with you in mind so if you are interested but think you can’t do yoga, reach out! You never know if you don’t ask.
For this beta cohort, the sessions may be scheduled 1/week or 2/week with options to continue discussed at the end
The reason to consider meeting 2/week is because I have seen my clients get the best results at that frequency compared to 1/week. I do understand that this may not be possible with everyone’s schedules.

The information in this program can be life changing for someone dealing with persistent or chronic pain. Time commitment:
Six live 90 minute sessions - I will work with the first 3 people who commit to attend ALL 6 sessions to find times that work well for them and anyone signing up after that will be registering for those determined times. [if the times don’t work for you, sign up for the waiting list to receive priority next round and be guaranteed the same low price]
5 minutes each day of trying out the different tools during your daily life. These consistent, micro practices are what make the biggest shifts in our pain.

Before I sign off, I want to say, I cannot promise your pain will go away.
